They're made from a crystal clear NSF certified and virtually unbreakable polycarbonate material guaranteed not to crack, bend, or dent. These clear food pans are ideal for sandwich shops, pizzerias, bars, or restaurants that need a safe and reliable method for storing fresh or cooked ingredients.
Cambro Camwear food pans can withstand temperatures between -40°F and 210°F (-40°C and 99°C) allowing them to be safely used in both the refrigerator and freezer. They're also able to keep food just as cold as stainless steel food pans but at a much more economical price.
This 1/6 size food pan has a capacity of 1.6 qt. (1.5 L) and a depth of 4 inches. It also features a smooth, non-stick interior that makes it extremely easy to clean.
