The 401HT operates on a fill and drain principle, meaning the previous cycle’s rinse water is always re-used for the next cycle’s wash water.

The dishwasher features a built-in 6 kW booster heater that effectively heats the water to the high levels necessary in order to properly sanitize its contents. A rinse sentry feature ensures a 180°F final rinse temperature every time.

With a dual digital temperature display, you’re able to easily set and monitor the dishwashing progress from start to finish. The dishwasher comes equipped with detergent and rinse-aid dispensing pumps so you can begin using it right away.

The entire frame of the 401HT is constructed out of a durable stainless steel and features a large 15.75” door opening that allows you and your staff to easily load and unload trays. One peg and one flat rack are also included for ultimate convenience.
