This convection steamer is NSF certified and extremely durable. It’s constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish that’s guaranteed to stand up in high traffic kitchens. The chamber is made from a single piece of 316 stainless steel and features coved corners that make for an easy clean.

Operating and maintaining the steamer couldn’t be easier thanks to the fully removable panel and simple controls. It features a 60-minute electric timer as well as a three-way power switch that turns the machine on, off, and sets it to de-lime. Steam flow also shuts off automatically if the door is opened while the unit is on, preventing injury to workers.
